Dynamic Separators are used to select the product of the desired grain size from the milled product. Suction is made through bladed rotors rotating at a certain speed. The product that succumbs to this vacuum and can pass through the rotor blades is transported to the dust collection filter. The product that cannot pass through the rotor blades is sent to the grinding process and the coarse product bunker as coarse product, and the cycle continues in this way. The cut-off point can be determined by changing the rotor speed and suction pressure values. Dynamic Separators with vertical rotors are preferred for the classification of products with low abrasiveness.
